Your Creative People ("we", "us", or "our") operates an internal project estimation and invoicing tool ("the App") for use exclusively by our team members.
Data We Collect
The App accesses QuickBooks Online data including customer records, invoices, and payment information solely for internal business operations.
How We Use Data
Data accessed through QuickBooks is used only to generate estimates, manage invoices, and track billing for our clients. We do not sell, share, or distribute this data to any third parties.
Who Has Access
The App is not publicly available. Access is restricted to authorized Your Creative People team members only.
Data Storage
Data is stored securely on our internal servers and is not accessible to the public.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with QuickBooks Online via Intuit's API in accordance with Intuit's developer terms of service.
