Your Creative People Internal Estimator Tool

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Your Creative People ("Company") and its authorized team members ("User").

1. License Grant

The Company grants Users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this application solely for internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

Users may not:

1. Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals
2. Use the application for any purpose outside of Company business
3. Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application

3. Ownership

The application and all its content remain the exclusive property of Your Creative People. No ownership rights are transferred to Users.

4. Data

Users acknowledge that data entered into the application is Company property and may not be exported or shared outside of authorized business use.

5. Termination

The Company may revoke access at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
